The building is set up on an Electronic Tenant Service Request System (ETS) to submit routine maintenance requests directly to engineering or janitorial, track the status of previously submitted request, and communicate with management. Each tenant will be set up with login information upon move-in to access the work order system. If you are having trouble accessing ETS or need assistance, please contact Management.
Please use the Electronic Tenant Service Request for any maintenance, repair and janitorial requests, i.e. burnt out light bulbs, temperature control, spill on floor, etc. We will have a building day porter or a building engineer assist you as soon as possible with your request.
Day porters are on duty Monday through Friday to keep the lobbies, corridors, restrooms and building perimeter clean.
Janitorial service is provided Monday through Friday evenings after normal business hours. Routine office cleaning includes vacuuming, dusting and emptying wastebaskets. We ask that you do not place any object near or against trash receptacles if the material is not to be thrown away. If you have any special requests, please submit your request through the Electronic Tenant Service Request system.
Please note that the janitorial crew will NOT dust any computer equipment, including terminals, hard drives or keyboards, nor will they vacuum or dust near computer cables or wires. This is for your protection to avoid disrupting any sensitive computer equipment.
