Q: How do I request a service call?

Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?
A: Please use the Tenant Service Request Form on this site to request a service call and we will adjust the temperature for you.

Q: Can I bike to work?
A: Yes! Bicycles are not allowed inside the building, but there is a bike rack located in the 150 El Camino Garage on level P1.

Q: Where can I smoke?
A: 150 El Camino is a smoke free building. Per the City of Beverly Hills, smoking within 15 feet of any entrance to the building is prohibited. The only designated smoking area is located in alley behind the building. Please put your trash and cigarette butts in the designated ash tray receptacle.

Q: I am sensitive to the light, how do I request an adjustment to my lighting?
A: Please use the Tenant Service Request Form on this site to request a service call and we will adjust the lighting for you.

Q: I work after the building’s normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: Please contact your facilities department or office manager to request after-hours heating or air conditioning. They must submit a form to building management at least 24 hours in advance of each after hours HVAC request, and the cost is $75 per hour.
