Persons seeking after-hours HVAC need to place a request in Electronic Tenant Service Request System (ETS). The rate for after-hours air conditioning is currently $75.00 per hour.
There is no charge for HVAC on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
